Dr. Espejo was nice and very knowledgeable. My prescription changed and without asking me or informing me, he put in a pair of contacts of the new prescription. I thought it was weird that he didn’t allow me to do it myself but thought it was nice he was letting me try the updated prescription – until I realized that he actually charged me $40 for it. I felt it was very sneaky since he didn’t give me a choice or tell me I was going to have to pay. Also I paid for a years worth of contacts and was told I would receive the first 4 months worth free and the rest of the order would be sent to my house. When I got home I realized that they had actually only given me two months worth and it wasn’t until I called that I was told the remaining two months I would have to pick up in store. Why they didn’t bother to tell me “you only have two months here and you’ll have to pick up the remaining pairs at a later date”, I don’t know. The staff and doctor were polite I just wish they were more upfront and straight up about their processes.
