Dr. Espejo is great – friendly and able to explain things clearly. Their 30-second optometry equipment is amazing and accurate (as Dr. Espejo said, it’s great for people with disabilities or kids not yet reading). They were able to fit me in the same day. However, the Lenscrafters there is agonizingly slow – I went in 3 different days and times to try to order glasses, and each time the expectation was that I would wait an hour before even speaking to an employee (apparently people routinely don’t show up for work and leave one person running the whole store).
