Administration and doctor were great, treatment plan and service was superb and he explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming! However, I arrived at 1pm, 30 min prior to my appointment to ensure I got all my paper work done and I did not see the doctor till 1:50pm, which was 20min after my scheduled appointment. Hence why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
